Flexible booking

When making a booking, you will be asked to choose whether or not you want your reservation to be flexible. You can also see the price difference if you are in doubt about what to choose.

If you choose a non-flexible booking, your stay cannot be refunded once it is booked. We therefore recommend flexible booking, which allows you to cancel your stay for free up to 3 days before arrival (local Danish time).

This gives you the assurance that you can freely cancel our booking if your own plans change. Enjoy the flexibility and book immediately, while there are still vacant dorm beds and rooms in your desired category.
